|Recommended: NoI have spoken to multiple people here new residents included nothing but issues with their units like mine. multiple work orders filled just to be told to be patient the leasing office is never open when you reach out to get a status on your ignored work orders you will be greeted by a flourish of boorish negligent responses. it’s so nasty here too the grounds is full of cigarette buds. I've seen a man digging in the trash it’s so disgusting here. U can hear your neighbors yell and argue daily. I can’t wait for my lease to be up pls rent elsewhere This company makes sick. We pay rent on time but we can’t even get our damn issues fixed. This place is so nasty it has water leaks, the water here is an issue too it turns dark brown they tell you to boil it smh. You guys might aswell fire everyone from the office they are terrible. The maintenance men don’t even have a budget to fix people’s units what apartment has a maintenance team that can’t help. response from property -Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate feedback both positive and negative. Unfortunately we do not show any residents in our system with this name. I would love to speak with you more about the issues you are experiencing. Our main office is located at 3001 S Providence Rd, Unit 15B and is open Monday-Friday 9-6:00 pm and Saturday 10-4:00 pm. We typically have 2-4 people working in the office at any given time. As far as the water, the City of Columbia provides the water so any issue you may be experiencing would need to be directed to them. The number for them is 573-874-7380.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice And Great Location — The apartments are very nice, the neighbors are quiet, the staff is very friendly, and it is a fantastic location for the Columbia area. It is unfortunate they are understaffed. However, they are great with communication as they send emails about anything going on with the weather and construction and such. Just a great place to live as I have been there a month now. I am so happy I found this place and it is within my budget to live at.
